A full-body somatic session that eases tension and supports nervous system regulation through steady, attuned work. A slower pace allows your body to settle and recalibrate.
Extended time for deeper unwinding and full-body integration. Ideal for chronic tension patterns, long-held stress and those needing more space to reset.
Focused upper or lower body work for specific areas of tension or acute discomfort. Best for maintenance or when time is limited.
For those who need paced and comprehensive work. This allows time for focus areas as well as time for deeper regulation of layered tension patterns and full-body integration.
* Modalites may include myofascial techniques, cupping, and lymphatic drainage support as appropriate.
New clients begin by completing a brief intake form. We will then take a few minutes to talk about what you are experiencing and what you would like support with before beginning the session.
You don't need to know exactly what you need beforehand---many people simply arrive with areas of tension or discomfort and we work from there.
You will always be appropriately draped and comfortable, and we can adjust pressure and pacing as needed throughout the session.
Is your work deep tissue?
Sessions may include deeper work. The focus is on listening to the body and allowing tension to release rather than forcing it.
Do I need to be in pain to benefit from this work?
Not at all. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, tense, and/or disconnected from their body. This work can help the nervous system settle, bring you back into your body, and restore a greater sense of ease and balance.
Do you offer focused work for specific areas?
Yes. While most sessions involve full-body integration, sessions can also focus on specific areas as needed.
How often should I come in?
This varies on what your current baseline is, what you are experiencing, and what your goals may be. Some people come for maintenance, others benefit from a series of sessions. Often people will start with a series of sessions booked closer together and then phase out to maintenance. There is no pressure either way.
